We will be participating in the 5K SUP and Run at Benderson Park.. Come join in, or come watch! Either way it will be a good time.

2.) Strength: Pull up/kipping pull up practice

3.) Movement: 4 rounds
400m run, 3 rounds of
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squats
