Michael VanDeventer
Ever since I was a little kid, I've always had a passion for sports and athletics. Sports I've competed in include baseball, basketball, golf, and triathlon just to name a few. As I got older I noticed just how important fitness was to good performance in sports. This led me to attend Ball State University and study exercise science while I played for the golf team. I moved to the Lakewood Ranch area in the fall of '18 to pursue my dream of playing professional golf and have been personal training part-time since. One of my favorite things about personal training is seeing the progress clients make as we work toward achieving their goals!
Education: B.S. Exercise Science (Ball State University '18)
Experience: Sports Performance Intern, MVP Sports Clinic (Summer '17); Personal Trainer and Sports Performance coach, LWR YMCA (Nov '18- Aug '19)

Tyler  Hosey

I have wanted to be in a health science field since my freshman year in high school. I found a passion for exercise while playing sports. I was lucky enough to train with a local Physical Therapist who taught me the fundamentals of resistance training. I started my academic path at a vocational school earning my NASM-CPT certification. Then I enrolled at the State College of Florida with the intention of transferring to the University of South Florida’s undergraduate Exercise Science program.

My greatest accomplishments include recognition as a co-author for a diet research study at USF; assisting with strength and conditioning coaching at the University of South Florida and the University of Kentucky; and being accepted into the Masters program at the University of South Florida for Exercise Science.
