Here's a fun one to start your week...

1.) Balance: PVC and band warm up

2.) Strength and Movement: Complete the following for time with a partner (or solo)

5 rounds:
800m run (1000m row or 40/35 cal bike)
30 KB swings
30 Pullups

*As partners, SPLIT ALL WORK/REPS. Only 1 partner can work at a time*
